Honey Sriracha BBQ Chicken Skewers
Juicy chicken thighs marinated in honey, sriracha, soy, and garlic — threaded on skewers with peppers and grilled to sticky perfection.

How to Make It
Make the Marinade
Whisk honey, sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and lime juice. Reserve 3 tbsp for glazing. Pour remainder over chicken. Marinate 30 minutes to 4 hours.
Soak Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Thread the Skewers
Alternate chicken chunks with bell pepper and red onion pieces on each skewer.
Grill to Perfection
Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill 10–12 minutes, turning every 3 minutes. Brush with reserved glaze in the last 4 minutes.
Garnish & Serve
Rest 5 minutes, then scatter sesame seeds and scallions. Serve with jasmine rice or flatbread.
